Round 1 Prize Claiming

The round is ending soon (at the end of today the 3rd for whatever timezone you are in) and this is the place where you can claim a prize banner. I will do my best to get to all of them as quickly as possibly.

To claim a prize, comment with the following info:

1. your username that you want on the banner
2. the type of bingo(s) you accomplished
3. a link to your card

Hey, anything to encourage us all to spread love over each other's fanworks is a good thing, but I think this is an extra cute idea of how to inspire people to do so more!

Totally agree! The cap_ironman comm has been doing a comment bingo for Steve/Tony for years, but when someone brought up the idea of a general fandom one during the Snowflake Challenge, I just loved it. Sometimes, we all just need a little push (ngl, it took people finding this comm and expressing enthusiasm for me to finally finish it up or i I was letting it linger too!) and/or an excuse and I'm happy to help, even in a small way. :D

I totally understand letting things fall dormant. It's like, I really want to figure out something to do on a comm-kind-of scale for Disney and X-Men (preferably the comics), but I honestly don't know if I'd have the time... And I also fully recognize that if I lose this job, I lose my writing and posting ability again, and I kind of don't want to offer, start something, and then have to disappear again. :(

Kudos, though, on taking the ball and running with it! :)

True, running a comm can be time consuming if you actually want to be an active mod. I ran a bunch back in my peak LJ days but they were little more than a place for people to crosspost their works. I wish I would've put some more energy into making them more active spaces, but oh well. And that is an understandable concern.
