I was thinking of something like a spreadsheet of participants who also want to *receive* comments. (Hard to believe someone here wouldn't, but you never know.) You could ask participants to note which works they most want feedback on, or which fandoms, or which of their works really need constructive criticism, etc. Then you could have prompts like "the work a participant most wants feedback on," "a work a participant loves (or dislikes)," "a participant's newest/oldest work," and so on. It would mean a little more work for participants (and you, unfortunately), but if people want feedback, it might be worth it. And this could attract more people to sign up.
